 When we started offering commercial bins, we knew we wanted to do things differently.

After speaking with many of our small business customers, we realised that most large waste collection companies make things unnecessarily complicated. Hidden terms and conditions, unrealistic weight limits, extra charges per tonne, and long contracts often leave businesses paying far more than they should.

At SWS, we saw how frustrating this was for small businesses, so we created a simpler and fairer service.

 We believe flexibility matters. Contracts are available if they suit your business, but they are never required to have a commercial bin with us.

 Only pay for collections when you actually need them. Simply contact us when your bin is ready, and we’ll collect it within 48 hours. Helping you avoid paying for unnecessary scheduled collections.

 If you occasionally produce more waste than your bin can hold, we’ll still collect it and simply charge separately for any excess waste outside the bin.

If your business regularly produces more waste than one bin can handle, we can provide an additional bin to make things more cost-effective for you.
